How to verify a shared export

Deck and trail exports include a receipt file. Compare the first twelve characters of the signing-key fingerprint shown in the export with the fingerprint shown after verification.

The governed-receipt/v1 format uses Ed25519 over a canonical JSON body. The browser recomputes the fingerprint from the public key that signed the receipt.
