Evaluate BoardWalk

Create a workspace for a 30-day Team evaluation with no card required. Records remain readable on the evaluation tier after the trial. You can also review how BoardWalk works and the sourced product comparison before signing up. For an evaluation question, email support@portfolioplane.com.

Get product support

Email support@portfolioplane.com or use the support guide to include the details needed to reproduce an issue.

Continue an existing conversation

Reply to that conversation so its context stays together. Use the support mailbox when you need a new route or the original contact is unavailable.

Report a security issue

Email security@portfolioplane.com. The machine-readable disclosure policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt, and the security page describes the current controls, proposed controls and independent assurance status.

A useful report contains the URL or endpoint, the exact steps, what you observed versus what you expected, and the time you observed it. Please do not access, modify or retain another organization’s data to demonstrate an issue; describing the path is enough, and we can reproduce it ourselves against a fixture tenancy.

Run a third-party risk review

The security page is the starting packet. It covers tenant isolation and dated refusal evidence, encryption, clinical and payment-data scope, trail retention, incident response, platform access, backups and subprocessors.

Send unanswered questionnaire items to security@portfolioplane.com or through your existing product contact.

Request network access

Corporate proxies and secure web gateways may require a domain review. Share these facts with your IT or security team.

  • Domain. theboardwalk.ai, including www.theboardwalk.ai.
  • Operator. LockedIn Labs.
  • What it is. A business-to-business software product — enterprise portfolio and project management, used from the browser by a named, authenticated employee.
  • Suggested category. Business, Technology, or Software as a Service.
  • What it needs. Ordinary HTTPS on port 443. No inbound connections, no installed agent, no browser extension, and no additional ports.
  • Corroboration. The about page states the same facts in a form your reviewer can read directly, and the security page is the deeper packet if they want one.
