Portfolio teams are being asked to move faster while the work itself is becoming harder to verify. Plans live in one system, requirements in another, delivery evidence in code repositories, and decisions in meetings. BoardWalk brings those layers together without making the portfolio office abandon its operating model.
One operating system from strategy to proof
- Shape and prioritize the portfolio. Connect objectives, programs, projects, intake, capacity, dependencies, risks, financials, and benefits in one navigable workspace.
- Put governed AI inside the workflow. Draft project plans and portfolio updates from prompts and live register data, review the proposal, and keep a named person in control of what is accepted.
- Connect requirements to delivery evidence. Walk a requirement through its source citation, the pinned revision where that source resolves, an executed test, and named acceptance.
- Make decisions durable. Preserve approvals, findings, gate decisions, and evidence lineage so delivery leaders, compliance teams, and auditors can work from the same record.
AI that accelerates work without taking authority
BoardWalk uses a proposal-first model. AI can assemble a plan, draft an update, and surface the register evidence behind its answer. People review and accept the result. Provider keys stay under the organization’s control, usage is metered against a monthly ceiling, and decisions remain attributable to the person who made them.
Designed for enterprise portfolios
Each organization has its own workspace, membership, branding, portfolio records, and policy-enforced data boundary. BoardWalk supports projects and programs, delivery standards, controlled documents, role assignments, audit-ready decision trails, and public verification of exported receipts.
